Refund & Dispute Policy:Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience an issue with your services and/or online community membership or purchase, please contact us at laura@lauramburke.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Cancellation Policy:

For Memberships & Subscriptions:You may cancel your EPIC membership at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that time. No prorated refunds will be provided for unused time.

For Coaching, Consulting, & Speaking Services:

• One-on-One Coaching: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• Workshops & Group Programs: Due to the nature of planning and limited spots, cancellations are non-refundable once payment is made. However, you may transfer your spot to another session (if available) or apply the payment as credit for future services.
• Speaking Engagements & Consulting Services: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

Return Policy:We currently do not sell physical goods. If this changes, we will update our policy accordingly.

Legal & Export Restrictions:Laura M. Burke, LLC does not sell physical products and does not engage in international trade restrictions. If applicable, any legal or export restrictions related to digital services will be updated here.

Terms & Conditions of Promotions:Any promotional offers, discounts, or trials are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the offer. Discounts cannot be combined, and free trials will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
